After a tally of public votes for a finalist in the Melbourne Prize for Literature 2018 & Awards to win the $4,000 Civic Choice Award 2018, the winner is Best Writing Award 2018 finalist Louise Milligan for her entered work — Cardinal, 2017 (MUP).
